Same call from about 2 weeks ago. Ken with "Interactive Intelligence", "this isn't a sales call but we are a telecommunications company and just want to know what you use for your phone systems..." Not the first time they have called and been told not interested.
Received a call asking for information "what kind of phone system we use for our customer service and could they talk to someone in IT." Seems like a bad attempt at a sales call or phising for names.
