Boiler room telemarketer. Caller identified herself as being with the Children's Wish Foundation, and was soliciting donations. I am sure they call for other "charities."
Lady responded after a couple "hellos" from me. Other busy people talking in background noise. Lady had Texas accent. Asked for a member of resident. When asked for whom was calling, she just said her name and did not mention whom she represented.
Awkwardly, she said "Thank you, I will call later."
