They call themselves "Insurance Solutions" and have called our office 7 times a day to different extensions here for three weeks. We have since turned the number and frequency of calls over to our campus police department. They're pursuing the case now.
When I answered a deep female? voice said "Good Morning" back to me after I said it with my usual
answering sentence. She then asked for our manager and when I asked who was calling she hung up.
The caller i.d shows Richardson Texas.
These obnoxious people have been at this forever! I get regular calls, even though I have asked them to remove my number from their listing. I have researched the company, and NO website comes up. There are companies that have "Insurance Solutions" as part of their name, but they don't use this particular phone number. Several online report sites pop up indicating these people are calling thousands of people. As far as I can tell, it is an overseas scam using local numbers. I am going to make another report to the Do Not Call website. I advise everyone to do the same. Technology is at the point where we can block these calls! Lets block them, report them and eventually I hope they will go away! If they are local then they should be shut down.
