At the same time, we received a call from the same number, and a person with an East Indian accent said he was Chris Rappaport calling from UPS, with a call number #40849760301. He said he had a package from a person who does not work at our company. We never heard of this person.
Got a phone call from 973-273-4166. They were asking for me by name, and looking to confirm my address. They "claimed" that B2B business contacts had a package for me. I told the gentlemen that this sounded like a telemarketing call and then I asked if he was trying to sell something to the City, he hesitated and then said "yes.". How can you sell something to the City and have a package to be delivered to one singular person with no description of the package? The call made no sense. I simply told him that this did not sound like a legitimate call and I hung up.
We were just harassed by this guy from this phone # he called several times trying to get us to say the word YES - we told him to take us off his call list and he kept calling back.
