Their circuits are always "busy" because they aren't calling from this number, they've faked their Caller ID, as virtually all scammers do now. The Do Not Call List doesn't stop these calls for the same reason speed limit signs don't prevent speeding.
My mom got a call from this number and when she said hello nothing was said until she said hello again and the person said your dead and hung up. I want to know who the f*** would do this to an elderly lady, your are a sick b******. Imagine coming home and finding your mother tears, maybe I should call your mother and say that to her, think she would be ok...but not to worry I have turned this number over to the police and have filed a harassment by communication complaint against and you will be stopped...just a bunch of cowards who have nothing else to do!!!
In response to Tormenting Telemarketers, the information you gave is correct, but they say please try again later. Its definately a bit of phone spoofing and if they are in India or anywhere else outside the USA they will never listen to any complaint. This is how outsourced jobs are, its time for jobs to come back to the USA instead of this nonsense.
This number called. I don't recognize this number. I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize. If it is important enough, they will leave a message. So far, no message was left. But if I call back, there is no ringing on the other end. Call came from Paterson, NJ
