Called me at 1050 pm. When I called the number back it said it was Turner Communications. l was on hold for 45 min trying to find out what it was about so I could report the caller to the correct place. I finally hung up and will try again tomorrow. I see on here it's possibly Spectrum, who recently bought out my cable provider, Time Werner.
