Who called from 9734664015

1-888 number, it's a scam. Do not leave personal information.

I let all my calls go to my fax machine if I don't know the number.
But I picked up this number, since I read it might be from BS/BC and it was.   This is a legit number.

It is from the offices of Blue Cross/Blue Shield.  Legitimate business.  Not a sales call or a scam.  OK to answer.

For me, this seems to be a legit number.  The Blue Cross Blue Shield NJ rep left a 1-800 call back number, plus an extension. This is in reference to a patient's plan.
