They called for an interview, number doesn't reach back to them. Said Mr. Lee would interview me immediately (TODAY), looked this up and decided not to go. Shady scammers!
Got a call from Anna 732 281 7789 on 06 10 2016. There is not the need to elaborate on the conversation that took place as it was essentially a repetition of all the comments that were posted here. Thank you to everyone for having written. Hope no one was scammed. It is sad enough when people have to look for a job. Tricks such as those put forth by torchmarkcorp.com do not have any place in the human world. Be vigilant in you search for a job.
The same thing happened to me i posted my resume online thru monster.com got a call this morning asking if was still looking for a full time position and that the name of the company was Torchmark he said i would be meeting with a Mr. Dombroski at 414 Eagle Rock W. Orange NJ. After hanging up i did a little snooping about the name but it was only giving me in TX so something was adding up but the number he gave me was different was 973-559-6334 but the number on my caller id was 973-559-6096 and when i pulled second one up wow oh wow i'm so glad i researched it. And even the first number gave me bad reviews so glad i did a little snooping before making the trip
This happened to me as well. The lady called me to tell me she found my resume online and she was impressed. I heard loud noises in the background. She was pretty professional so I didn't think anything of it. Then today, a day before my interview I looked up information about the company, and I came across this page. And the similarities that I found with everyone's story to mine was crazy. I just canceled my interview. It was too far anyway.
They are now using the number 201-682-9998. Yolanda is the secretary's name she gave and I would meet with Mr Ackerman. I got this same call about 6 months ago but using a different manager name although the same exact script was used.
