This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1619 hours. The idiot-message didn't even wait for me to speak before prattling on about "research." I didn't bother listening to anything else. So it's either a survey or, much more likely, a "survey" (i.e. a scam artist hiding behind a "survey" to get around the DNC list.)
