They call me about my ex sister in law who I have not seen or spoken to in 14 years. They lie and say they have evidence she lived here. She has never lived with me and never will. I would have helped them find her, but I hate being lied to and being harrassed. Not everyone they call are the actual debtors.
This has got to be the rudest of rude collection agencies. They leave vulgar voicemails demanding money. A jerk named Frank Boner or something calls in the harssed of voice tones.
This number has called my number more than once asking to speak to someone who does not live at my number nor ever has. Apparently they are a collection agency. I went along with them trying to get information about why they were calling. The person they wanted, owed a large sum of money and they suggested that a yard sale could help them out and that if they didn't pay up their wages would be garnished. Another time they called and my husband asked how they got this number after learning who they wished to speak to. They never answered only hung up. We are on the 'Do Not Call List' yet we are now getting more calls than before.
Just send them a cease and desist letter and they won't call back. Or call them and ask to speak to Vern Gable the general manager. He's a good guy and will take care of it. Btw, Do not call lists have nothing to do with collections, they don't apply.
