It doesn't matter where you traced the number too. Almost all the number used by the frauds are spoofed numbers. And of those some belong to real people, real business's who do not deserve vindictive treatment, they too, are victims of the spoofing.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
