Same here with a robot call saying the same as in the comments above. I would just like to say they are trying to scam here in Wisconsin as well. Plus they also called for me on my girlfriends phone. Weird why not call my phone? Idiots
I'm in Los Angeles, CA. Got a call from Nebraska number (4029731880) referring me to this number in Mass. Had three automated messages in three days, always around 8-9 AM. Voice (different each time) told me that, unless I resolved some vague and nebulous issue, they would appear at my residence or place of work to issue me legal papers. Never mentioned my name, which was automatically suspect - not to mention the fact that there is no reason why anyone would be pursuing me for legal purposes.
Eventually broke this morning, called the Mass. number. Spoke to someone called Eric (Eric Lawson, I think) and unleashed torrent of abuse on him. Told him I knew it was a scam, and that he should get a real job. He kept asking for my case number, which I refused to give. Eventually he hung up. Feels good, man!
I received the same call from the process division. They received an order for me and there are some charges pending so they are sending someone out to my place of employment and my home.
I got a phone call that left this number, same crap everyone else is saying on all the comments above. It is a scam, I actually spoke with my attorney about it. She said not to worry and to not bother following up with them. I have actually take a few of these calls and as soon as I start asking for their information so that my lawyer can contact them they hand up. Total waste of time, but if I can take their time maybe they will hassle one less person. I think next time I am going to ask if they have been saved or if they know Jesus.
I get this message (registers 4029731880 in my call log) even tho I've blocked the call and the messenger: "This message is intended for xxxxxxx. I'm contacting you from the processing division. I received an order for you it looks like to charge is pending so, unfortunately, because I'm unable to reach you by phone. I will be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your residence you have the right to contact the client to resolve this matter voluntarily understand when you are located you for fit that right your case number is xxxxxx or you can reach the office at 97885681291."
