I am who is sending e-mails trying collect as much as money from the public as i can. Currently i am unemployed and sitting next to my phone call waiting for someone to believe that they owe that much money to me.

I did not receive a call but an email with a warrant of arrest all I have to say to the so call Mr. Morrison is that no government office will send you any legal documents via email. So stop trying to swindle law-abiding people and leave me alone you scum. I will also send the email to my State General Attorney.
SCAMMERS DO NOT PAY!!!! I still cannot believe these people cannot be shut down. This scam artist sent an email claiming to be the "Attorney General" and filing a warrant for my arrest "down at the Court House". What a fool. It is so obvious as the text he uses in the Email is made up legal jargon that does not make sense. He uses the Department of Homeland Security as one of the entities involved. Really? For a $468 dollar supposed debt? First of all, nobody sends you an email when you are under arrest. Nobody calls you to warn you they are coming to arrest you. They do their best to scare you and harass you and your family members. I had a bogus legal department threaten me at work and my HR Manager!!! FBI says do not talk to them, do not give them your credit card or banking information, do not give them your address to be "served". These guys are thugs and will show up and threaten you at home or follow you or worse. It is a shame that law enforcement cannot shut them down. But they hide behind their computers and use bogus phone numbers thanks to a Spoof Card which allows them to change change phone number and/or say "Sheriff's Dept", "FBI", etc. on caller id. SCAMMERS, THUGS, THIEVES!
