Got the dreaded email from attorney Jack Morrison that I am going to be arrested. What dumb people these are! The English, grammar, syntax, etc. is horrible. Obviously a non English speaking person. There is no Bureau of Defaulters Agency, and the fake made up arrest warrant attached is certainly not real. It does not even have a name on it. Believe me, individual attorneys do not issue warrants and no one is going to forewarn you that there is a warrant out for your arrest. Any matter of a defaulted debt is a civil matter, not criminal. Notice in the "warrant" check is spelled "cheque" - very European. This is pretty good for a great laugh, though, and to see how ignorant these folks are. Stay safe.
First of all, they are NOT going to warn you about an arrest warrant. Second of all, I don't know about anyone else, by my e-mail read TO: Undisclosed recipients. If it were a true e-mail (not a scam) the send would most definitely put your e-mail.
NO YOU CANNOT BE ARRESTED FOR NOT PAYING A PAY DAY LOAN and if you live in a State were payday loans are illegal, you tell them to go "F" themselves, as these loans were illegal in the first place. Per the Attorney General of Pennsylvania at least, you are under NO obligation to pay them back.
