Call ID says "Pain Relief Ctr", answered phone & recorded msg was about home security "...free installation...blah...blah ...blah... Press 1 to hear more, 9 to be put on DNC list". Obviously chose 9, we'll see what happens. Just another uncontrollable BS scam call added to the long list of BS scam calls!
I do believe this is a scam to help fund an online terrorist group. beware. they will record your "yes" "no" "I agree" answers and then use them to authorize things in your name. block their number and you will still get call backs on average of 6 weeks from a new "FBI warns that break-ins have increased in your area ..." calling from a new Texas based caller ID.
only way to defeat these ISIS sympathizers is to cut your phone line and and to give ME all your money instead.
