Just received the same call. I didn't answer but I called back and listened to their music for about 5 seconds.
First thing.... this needs to be reported. It could be that they are trying to tap into your long distance plan so you will receive the bill for their usage. This is some kind of a rip off and the music sucks! There is a paper trail to whoever is responsible for this so report it.... I will.

some a** just called to inform me , that I've won $2200 worth trip to Cancun....  I just left the phone off-hook.

yeah they called me on my cell while i was in class so i didnt answer.. unfortunately im a business owner and manager so i usually answer. but im glad i decided to check this out! i have a st kitts numbers so i was a little concerned about the area code too!

They called me during class, but left no message... so i decided to check it out. They didnt register on 411.ca.. but on 411.com it gave me 1 listing:
(979) 446-0366
Type: Land Line Provider: Level 3 Communications Location: Bryan, TX
so i would highly recommend NOT answering your phone! i am NOT paying for that call!
