Some kind of telemarketer with a funky predictive dialer. They called twice within 1 minute. No one was on the line either time. I called back to see if it's a legit number and reached a recording that "all operators are busy." Blocking the number now....

called 3 times in a row within 2 minutes. picked up the first two times and nobody was on the line. ignored and sent it to vm the third time. caller id just said "texas, usa". blocking.
