We have received calls from this number that says "Texas" as the caller. At first I only let it go to voice mail, but after they kept calling I finally answered. There was only silence both times. The second time it called, I said "Hello" several times, to see if anyone would respond, but nothing happened. I hadn't dared to call the number back, so I'm very glad people have posted what they have about the number! Yes, it's a major annoyance, but at least it's not a stalker!
Call came in to day and I answered the phone on the third ring.Said hello 4 times and no answer though I could hear some breathing on the phone.I am on the no call list an am dam sick and tired of these people calling.I think they must pick numbers off the no call list.
