i applied for a loan online and the next day i got a call from a loan officer named alex rodriguez, he said i was approved for up to 10,000 so i said i only needed 1500 and he keeps insisting to get the money in my account i need to first buy a greendot moneypak and load 140 on it to show that i can make the monthly payments, but now he wants me to buy a vanilla reload pack and load the same amount and call him with the numbers so he cn see that i put the 4 on it, he says he works for us cash advance, he has a very strong accent maybe Australian, and its not funny at all i really need the $, is this a scam?? he calls me quite often and has called my work now, has anyone else had this happen?
Its sad I actually borrowed the $100 from a friend who really did not have it to lose (who does if you're looking for a loan) Now she is in trouble with her husband over the money and don't have no resources to give it back right now..I feel so stupid for falling for this, could'nt believe there were people out there that put in so much effort to scam hard working people. My culprits was Payday For America, name Jonathan Knight. That $100 can cost me a good friend.
I don't fall for things like this, but was desperate. I spoke with Mark Watson repeatedly. I can't believe I did this. Each time I would get ready to close the loan, and miraculously there would be one more fee to pay. Please, please, please do not fall for this. It is a horrible, horrible scam. I'm broken hearted, ashamed and feel violated.

I thank you all for your posts.
I had the same scenario with someone from "Loan Metro", he left message with his name Israen.
When I called he said his name is Richard William, with very strong Indian accent.
He was very pushy wanted me to purchase a Vanilla Reload Network Card for $230 within 30 minutes.
Why such a rush? And how I was approved for a $10,000?
I felt immideately something very fishy going on.
So these Scammers here in Dallas too, then.
Are you getting phone calls from this number 818-584-7050 too?
