Texas is full of miserable people! Get these calls twice a day at "do not call list" (another fake program) home phone from this discontinued number. Too bad there are so many companies and loozer people that rely on these method to make a FIAT dollar. But I guess this is all this banana republic country has to offer anymore. Glad I'm 70! You youngsters be sure to waste your time voting.
Put the blame where it really lay's, with the criminals and illegal telemarketers.
The DNC works just fine. It is for telemarketers only and honest business does indeed abide by it. It is the criminals (which includes illegal telemarketers), frauds and scammers that do not. However, the Fed. DNC does not cover some survey's, Political or Charities. You would need to check your states DNC laws to see if these are under your states DNC laws. The fact remains that they are not automatic call blockers though and can not protect you from the calls that are criminal, illegal or fraudulent.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! These jack-wads call nearly daily!!! They are trying to get my poor mom, who is 79 years old and knows nothing about computers, to turn it on and mess with the settings or some such nonsense. They say they are authorized by Microsoft Windows. She tells me that they say that her computer was sent a message and that they need to fix it. Funny thing is, she doesn't even own a computer and she has told them that repeatedly, every time they call! It is ridiculous! DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!
I Also got call from this number saying computer is infected and I said I dont need there help but they are still calling here, last time they used bad language.
