Got a call from 979-871-2472 in the middle of a nap. I thought they used my first name on the call - always during the dinner hour when they think most people are home. So I jumped up to answer but (fortunately) missed the caller who did not leave a message. Number now permanently blocked after this, so thanks 800 Notes.
This scammer called me at 8:16 am on a Saturday. I was sound asleep and it woke me up . A man said something about a police organization fund and I shouted over his spiel for him to take my phone number off his list,and that I was not interested. I have gotten many calls with Texas as the name on the caller ID,but with different numbers. We all need to file complaints with the FCC about these scums.
