These people are relentless....they never give up. They have called my cell and my house phone, no less than 20+ times. On one occasion, I just told them that I don't have a computer.....the guy told me to quit lying, he knows that I do !! And just when I was starting to let him have a west texas [***] chewing...he hung up. Why doesn't microsoft do something about this...they're saying that they work at microsoft. I would file charges, if I knew where to do it.

Just tell him that you weren't expecting a call from someone about cleaning your windows, but you might be interested if he'd come over and sanitize your toilets!

The caller is trying to scam you into logging on to your cpu and will then take you thru steps THAT WILL MAKE ALL YOUR PRivate info avaible to them. This is a phishing scam!!!!!! Microsoft will never call you!!! Caller is not in the USA. Never allow anyone to remote control your cpu
Recieved 2 calls today about four hours apart. Answered first call but not second. Was a man with thick foreign accent who said he either worked for microsoft or windows. Told him not to call again....well so much for that. Totally annoying and wish some agency would/could put stop to this nonsense.
