This company sells car warranties. I just bought a newer, used car and they wanted me to extend my warranty. They got my number because my car lot sold my name to them. Unfortunately, one of your acquaintances or family members may have opened credit in your name because they have bad credit. You should tell your parents.
called me four times in a row, hung up the first 3 times before I could answer. when I answered they hung up right after I said hello. no messages left
I'm on the Do Not Call list, but yet this telemarketer called my cell phone trying to sell a vehicle warranty to me. If they actually knew me, they'd know my car is only 6 months old and has several years of warranty remaining. Whoever is doing these calls is violating laws and doesn't care. To me this could be someone phishing for personal information and of course laws mean nothing to lowlife crooks... I blocked the number's area code/prefix to be sure since I know no one in Louisiana 985-272-****
