This company sells car warranties. I just bought a newer, used car and they wanted me to extend my warranty. They got my number because my car lot sold my name to them. Unfortunately, one of your acquaintances or family members may have opened credit in your name because they have bad credit. You should tell your parents.
It's spam - other services like yours also indicate it is a "spoof" number and likely combination of robo-call and spam. I didn't get a voice at all; no message. It may be a robo-call looking for live lines. No idea. I did call number back and there was no live call tone--no dialing nor hangup nor message. Suspect robo-call. Ignore if it comes up on your phone.
