I got this call after renewing my pain meds for chronic condition. First started trying to sell me cream then asked for information so they can refill my Rx. I hung up. This is a scam just ignore the call.
I received a call from 989-623-6521. It started out automated and said I had a pain prescription from my pain provider. When a man got on the line he said they had been contacted by my pain provider and had a prescription for me. I began asking how they had gotten my number and who gave them the prescription and the man told me I was asking too many questions and hung up.
If you are on a cell phone, there are apps that will screen or blocks the number. You most likely can block it through your home phone as well. Check with them. Otherwise, i tell them to remove this number from their list or I will report to FCC.

4/13/2015 9:40am Just received a phone call from this number. The caller ID only says MI, USA. They hung up just before it went to voicemail.
From what I read here this appeared to be a disreputable telemarketer computer calling.
