these people call daily they want access to your computer I am sure they are hackers. I tell them I have to turn computer on then to please hold then I put the phone down and go about my business til I hear that they have hung up. dont let them get into your computer. whats funny is they have done this as many as 4 times in a row, If I am keeping this guy busy he is not calling someone else
the person on the end of the phone for 989-683-2639 has now been reported to the federal government from me as I've had enough of the b....s..... They are located in Kingston, MI, one would think that this state and town could take care of this problem. This person is not Americam but from a foreign region. Thanks to Obama we can start looking for the this happen a lot
Got a call from "Randy Holmes" 989-683- 2639 Indian guy it sounded like... had problems speaking ENGLISH... Told me he got a report from Microsoft ... that my computer was infected... told him "I know alot about computers, and he was just trying to get money from me" and I hung up... SCAMMERS !!!!
Indian accent claiming to be from Windows Technical Support. Standard "you've got viruses" scam. I wasn't busy, so I played with them for a half hour or so before disconnecting. If you've got time, screw with these guys but DON'T let them connect to your computer and DON'T give them any information. If you screw with them for a half hour and then disconnect, that is 30 minutes they don't have to scam someone gullible. Then, I blocked the number forever.
Same number, claiming my internet provider said when I go online, I am going through another server and since this is a security risk, I need to reset my computer. I told them it was an obvious scam and hung up. Indian accent--offshore scam. NEVER reset your computer because of some phone call!!
