The Indian-accented voice of a male, who claimed his name is Steve Martin, said the phone call was an attempt "to contact you" regarding some U.S. Treasury action regarding criminal activity - if we ignore and don't call back, it would be as if it were a 2nd time that we had done so and that they would be able to help us in this regard. I did not talk with the man. He left a message. Just sounded highly suspicious to me - we don't answer our phone except for those we know.
I would like to know who this is and why he's calling - just doesn't sound legit. We have no issues with anything unlawful - so need to know what's going on - it's probably another scam - maybe same guy I've read about on another similar number.
