I am in Montreal. They have called at least  three times over this past week, including tonight. All between 11pm and 1am!
I guess we really cannot do anything about it...besides "vent" on here! :o(

It's speedy plumbing and Rooter from Vancouver calling to see if someone lives at that address for a free estimate

Nope, not a UK number ... the caller ID is spoofed as +442031 ...

In the UK that would therefore be 01203 followed by a max of 6 digits.

But 01203 is not an assigned STD code (area code)

Receive calls after midnight twice this week.
