I was not home ,no message left and unable to call back. Who is thye caller and why atre they calling?

Same here.  This is the first call I ever received from this number.  I let it go to voice mail and no message was left.  Another jerk using my phone as his toy.  Blocked now.  Came up on caller ID as Norwalk CT.

Robo call from "American Institute of Aging" telling me they want to send me a free medical alert system with free shipping. This is a fraud because the monthly fees to keep it active will pay for this many times over. Also a fraud because they say press 5 to notify your provider that you refuse the system. They have no information about my provider.
