I received 2 calls within a few hours of each other, these guys are starting to pester me. Both calls came from the same number. The first time, caller ID just said Norwalk CT and I didn't pick up and no message was left. yeah, that's how reputable companies work. The second call i received today from this number read "Member Services." I picked up the second call just to have a little fun, but it was a robocall. These guys are going to save me money on my electric rates!!!!! Wooo-hoooo!!!!!! Be very careful. The CT State Attorney General's Office has issued a public warning about third party provider rate creep, and it might be worth a read:

I don't know if the robocall I received from this number came from one of the companies named in the CT AG warning. That you will have to figure out for yourself if it's important to you. All I know is that I get several calls a week from a few different numbers claiming to save me money on my electric bill, and it's feeling a little slimy.
