Yes I did this and it works great!!!! Who needs the Do Not Call List. Wal Mart has the Panasonic phone that can block 250 numbers and came with 2 additional cordless phones for under $100.00. You have to it order on-line. You have to program it so it doesn't ring on the first ring to ID the phone number that is calling you. And no more annoying/unwanted phone calls!!!!
Just picked up a call from this number. I said hello and it sounded like someone was on the other side but didn't talk. They just hung up after. Next time I see an unknown number I'm not going to say hello. Harder to steal identity without knowing my gender!
Got my 3rd call from these scammers in the past two weeks. Got a recorded message. When it connected me to a telemarketing scumbag, the perp refused to identify himself or the company. When notified that I was on the FTC Do Not Call registry, the perp hung up.
Got a call,didn't take,but they call often...NEVER do unless I know someone..got a 9802020016..googled and was from overseas,even though on phone said # was from,Charlotte,NC..BE CAREFUL..big charges I think if you answer..
