Recording said it was IRS, that I was being sued, and I should call in. ITS A SCAM. THE IRS DOES
NOT CONTACT THIS WAY. Hope this helps somebody else. And I did call to go tell
them to #$% themselves, wish I got a human, I had a bad day and wanted to vent anyways. Lucky for them their mailbox was full.
Caller left message stating that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me. Referenced claim number. Caller ID identifies call coming from Bainbridge Island, WA. This is a scam. Threatens to arrest if you do not pay debt immediately. THIS IS NOT THE IRS. Remember the IRS sends any and all important correspondence via hardcopy through the US MAIL!!.
