This number constantly calls claiming to be the IRS. I actually called them back told them #1 I was on a National Do Not Call List, #2 I was reporting them to our local sheriff dept and the IRS. Didn't stop them one bit. Still getting calls.
I just got a call from this number as well. It was a recording. I called back and didn't get an answer. Thank you to everyone who has commented letting me know it is a scam.
I just got a call from this number in my answering machine called back and I get a busy signal and I had my friend who is a CPA call the number & a young man answered didn't identify himself as an IRS AGENT NO ID# and he wanted my friends whole personal information and my friend did not give it to him and my friend told him he was going to report this number to I don't know who but the young man hung up right away, I don't owe any money to no one, I don't understand why people are so mean and do things like this?!
