I received the call on my answering machine claiming to be from the IRS and that it was a final notice that they would be filing a lawsuit against me. they said for information on the case to call 2068665717, but did not provide a case # or name of contact. I knew it was a scam since we have a paid accountant that handles all our tax dealings, as well as the fact that the IRS never calls people, they only send through the mail. the call came in on the # 9315633621 Caller ID said out of Tullahoma TN. Do not call the number back and do not provide any of your personal information on it as it's clearly a scam.
Got same call. Never answered but last time they left message same as others have received, with same call back# . 206-866-5717 threatening lawsuit.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

3 hrs from Seattle and I have the necessary training to hunt you down and give you nightmares.
Good luck with that. Your callers are located in either India or Pakistan, as such they are pretty much beyond anyone's reach. Consider a call-blocker.
I received the same message on 12/17/14 stating the IRS had been trying to reach us and that they were filing a lawsuit. For more information call 206-866-5717. My caller ID showed 932-567-3661 as the number the call was made from. The IRS doesn't make calls and leave messages.
