Automated caller. Pressed 9 to "lower my interest rates" according to them. Talked to the guy long enough to find out the name of the company is supposedly "One Source". Read him the riot act. Have been on the do not call list for years. Why were they allowed to call me? The problem with not answering is that they keep calling. Once I make contact the calls seem to stop.
Got a call on my cell phone today. Didn't leave a message, I didn't answer because I figured it was a bogus call (since when is "000" a valid phone# prefix?). I wish there was a way to report this!!!
Keep getting a call from this same number: 305-000-4656. I never answer it because I never answer any call if I don't reconginze the number. They never leave a message.
Caller identified self as from Cardmember Services. If I wanted to lower my interest rates on my credit cards, I was to press "9". The person on "9" refused to identify herself but gave a so-called employee number. I told her to call back in half an hour when I had my paperwork together. When I asked why my bank wasn't contacting me directly, she said her company forwards the info. I called my bank. Was told it was a scam. I hadn't given the employee any personal info and she never called back.
