I received a call from A NAMELESS company that was identified on my Caller ID as "FLORIDA" and registered as (305) 368-8116 on 12/10/2015 at 12:54 P.M. CST. The caller identified himself as Kevin Brown (I doubt that was his real name; guy was clearly middle-eastern) when I asked for his name. He claimed to offer a lower interest rate but he could not give me the exact credit card company he was calling from, except that it was Visa/MasterCard and in order to give me this phenomenal offer (btw the credit cards I do have are at 0% int so his 6% was obviously a lie because he would have known that) and asked me to verify the expiration date and then he asked me to verify the middle 8-digits of my credit card number. It was public knowledge that MasterCard and Visa use the same 4-digits (some small variances but mostly the same) and anyone who obtains a sales ticket or a stolen credit report can see your last four digits--this is why this prick was asking for the expiration date and the middle 8-digits of my card. I gave him the wrong ones and he became irritated that I did not know the difference from a Visa/MasterCard (yeah, I wasted his time for trying to defraud me and kept him on the phone forever acting inept! LOL). PLEASE BE AWARE PEOPLE THIS IS DEF A FRAUDULENT CALL AND THEY ARE LOOKING TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY.
I am on the Do Not call list but keep getting #'s like 305-368-8109, which called me on 12/2/13 @ 9:35am. A Recording came on saying " This is YOUR credit card company calling & if I press 9 I can lower my interest rate" It is a scam, My Credit Card Company would always Identify themselves & the company within the 1st second. When I block numbers like this, a new number will appear under the same pretense.
There should be a law not allowing companies like this to start with "This is YOUR credit card calling...."
Was an automated message trying to sell me a credit card. I hit 9 to speak to a rep and told them I was on the do not call list and this was the third time I told someone so I would be reporting them to the national do not call registry. The rep continued to ask me how old I was and tell me I have a beautiful and sexy voice. I told him I would now be reporting the number for sexual harassment.

They call to tell you to give you information because you have credit cards and they can reduce your rate, they are not from the US, they would not say who they work for, they would not remove my number, they would not let me speak to a supervisor. Very rude
Same call as other posters. Just another phone scammer trying to get your credit card info. People who engage in this activity are the lowest form of life. Get a job!
