I got a voice mail from this same number........a man with a thick indian accent said he is Roger Davis calling from Wilson and Morgan Law Firm. He said I have disregarded several attempts to contact me and now he will have to send his restitution officer either to my job or my apartment to serve me with legal documents and I am in a big legal mess and if I don't return his call he will directly take me to court. Return his call at 305-507-4659 immediately.

Same thing happened to me, totally freaked me out. I don't want them calling me at work - How can I make them stop? Has anyone actually had someone show up at their workplace?
Thank you for this website. I just got the same call from "Joe Phillips" at 305-507-4659. All the same rudeness and threats he used on the rest of you. He called me at work and I work for a law firm. If he calls again he WILL get a call from my lawyer/boss. He did not say what he wanted but it was clear from the beginning that it was a scam. Debt Collectors do not act like this.
I would like to know how he got my name and work number though. It seems to me with so many people mentioning loans that this person or persons have hacked into someones website and stolen all this personal information. I too have a payday loan but it is by no means late. Someone needs to stop this.
I am so glad I found this site. I received a phone call from a Joe Phillips, 309-507-4659. I have a few payday loans so it is truly scary what they can do and how they know but am so glad I found this site. I am sick to my stomach.
