I recieved a phone call today at work from a (305) 407-9308. This man had a really heavy accent and said his name was Eric Jones (Really???!!!). He went on to say how I was going to be sued for a payday loan I received around Feb. 11, 2012. This was Bull! I have not received any kind of loan... Then he said I will transfer you to the person who is handling your case so he put me on hold. About a minute later a man came on the phone and said I am the one handling your case never stated his name which was weird because it sounded like the same Eric Jones I had just spoke to a minute ago. He began to read some kind of arbitration and said not to interrupt him. Too bad because I cut him off I just knew he was full of sh**!! The only bad thing was that he had all my personal information. Until I changed it!
wow the same thing i was getting a call stating i owe on a payday loan i defaulted on and i owe them $300. right now on a green dot card. or something like that.. at first i was a bit ,scared, but i knew i didnt default on a payday loan. and she kept on saying the case going to federal court,and to contact my payroll of what i have done. thats when i started questioning them who are they,i want proof on line sent to my email who and what i owe. after that she said im trying to help you if you dont oh well on you..i told her i have the number to that supposily payday loan place and im calling right now.
I received the same kind of calls on my phone. The number was 1-305-407-9309 and another number as well 1 -979-212-7956. One said her name was Elaine Marquiz and she had a heavy indian accent and the other was a man with the same indian accent, he said his name was David Brown. He also said he worked with the Bureau of Criminal Investigations. They basically said it was very important that I call them back because I could lose my job and go to jail if I didnt call back immediately. I t was over aloan I had not paid and all of my loans are paid at this time as far as I know. The woman even called my work and talked to my co worker!! I am glad I found this site now I am feeling a lot better
yes i received a call on 4/12/2012 saying that i owe money and i was going to be arrested if i didn't pay $910 by 5pm that day so i did because i was scared and never got any conformation email or anything from them. I am truly now broke because i had lost my job prior to that and $910 was a lot to pay. the man that called me stated that his name is Chris Walker
