I just received a call from a so called Wilson and Morgan out of Miami,Florida.The guys name was supposedly Brian King and he was saying that I owed for a loan that I have never received,at first he said that I had to go to court then when I asked could I talk to the company that I got the loan from he said no,then turned around and put me on hold and came back with somebody that was suppose to be a representative of the loan company.They kept putting me on hold and were very rude then proceeds to tell me that if I sent them $689.00 it would clear up my case and they would refund my money in 24hours. The number they called me from was 305-407-9308.
My caller is from Wilson & Morgan Law Firm in Miami Florida but the phone number I get is 305-407-9309. They are harrassing and threatening to take me to jail. I am so glad to read these posts because I have been having financial issues lately and have retained an attorney for chapter 13 bankruptcy. Since I haven't actually filed I am not protected but my attorney told me to ignore them. I'm highly stressed right now and I must admit these people about gave me an anxiety attack. I know who I have loans with and what I owe. I pulled my credit reports and my attorney checked to see if there were any lawsuits against me. Nothing there. They are mean, they yell, they threatened me and said I can't have my attorney protect me 24 hours a day. They all have american names but have very heavy accents. How do you stop these people from doing this?????
Do not worry, call your phone company and explain to them in detail. Have all the numbers that have been calling you, file a report from your local police dept. If they can not supply you with appropriate documentation your your account, your account number and all of your personal information it is a fake. I received a call from Roger Davis 305-407-9308 last Thurs stating that my acct was past due, and that I am being charged a 5K dollar fee, however after speaking with the attorneys they were allowing me to pay $890.00 in which I would have to go to the local Walmart and purchase Green Dot Money Vouchers, not the card the vouchers 1 for 500.00 and another for 390.00, I had until noon on Friday to do so. In the mean time I had all my contact info changed, I made a payment to my acct just to be sure then called the account in reference and spoke with their fraud hotline. The advised me that none of the same phone numbers are coming up, but it appears this number has a lot of different work they are doing. Calling your phone company you can have the number and any related numbers blocked. They will also investigate. I would suggest you call the account they are questioning and advise them of the situation, they will take a report and do a fraud report. You can also call your local authorities (which they were not helpful) except for if they call on a landline, click your receiver and say"Operation please record this call" if it is a cell phone they are calling press a number long and say the prase, the police claim this scares them off, DO NOT LET THEM GET OVER ON YOU, If they are calling your work,advise them that it is a federal offence to contact you at work. The use does not ad-hear to DEBT PRISION, you cannot go to jail for a debt. You would be served by the courts and through only the courts. Tell them to send you documentation THRU THE MAIL, and you will kindly respond.

Number best thing to do is report it to your local district attorney and cops and file a restraining order for harassment and the calls will stop no one will
Come to your work No money will garnished and they try to get moment they don't deserve loans can not garnish anything out of your pay
