Received a call on my work line. I answered as I normally would for a business call. Nobody spoke on other end and call was disconnected after about 10 seconds. Thinking it was a business related call, I was curious and redialed the #. Connected to vm that advised if I wanted to speak with a rep to press 1, removed from call list press 2, leave vm press 3, for other questions press 0. If you press 1, the call is disconnected. If you press 3 or 0, it puts you back into an endless voicemail loop. This is nothing more than a phishing scam for telemarketers to "locate" valid phone #'s. Requesting to be removed from the call list will do nothing more than confirm that the number they called is valid.

The Do Not Call list does not stop robo-calls whom are simply "prospecting" for valid phone #'s. Answering the call or even returning their call validates they've reached a valid phone #.
Somebody called from 800 notes saying I wanted cheaper cable. I did not. When I said I was happy with the service I had a male voice said F*** you, F*** you, F*** you. This has to stop, what do we do?
