Who called from 3143642000

I got a call from this number just now.  No one on the other end.  Very weird.

answered and no one was there tried to call back and its not a working phone number.

KEEPS CALLING EVERY 2 TO 3 MINUTES

ANNOYING

I just got a phone call from this number. I answered with my normal,  "Hello." I said it a few times, then whoever was on the other end, hung up. I tried to call the number back 4 times and each time a message said that the subscriber I am trying to reach is unavailable.
