I had this very exact guy with this email address trying to scam me! But his phone number was 678 434 5724   If you use PayPal to pay something it will never pend...it will pay the receiver immediately! Now he's trying to tell me he can't get his money back from PayPal an he's Gona report me to FBI! I told him that's ok that I have nothing to hide! These guys need our prayers!
