Criminals buy pieces of paper with people's information on them. It might be from an old bank or car loan that was paid off and you might have been listed on there. Or they might have gotten the information from some place that was hacked. In any case, put a fraud watch on your credit reports at the three major credit bureaus. Also If you feel you SSN has been compromised, in addition to putting a fraud alert at the 3 credit bureaus, you may want to notify the IRS. They called my place of employment. He would not disclose who he was or who apparanetly he was representing. he told me that I should call to get a court date? I am sick and tired of getting these calls, now at WORK! please help get these creeps off trying to get peoples info.

Called for my sister on my cell phone which I don't know how they got my number and called looking for her under her maiden name. She has been married for 10 years and doesn't even live in the state they are looking for her in.
They called my job saying I had 2 hours to call them. When I call to get information they can not give me any. When I call back now I am getting a voice mail. I told them please serve me so I can go to court.
I recieved call from an unknown numberwhich told me to call this number 323-405-4077 because I was being sued and had missed my court date. I am completely unaware of any litigation concerning me. When I called the number it was a voice mail.
