These are people in AFGHANISTAN that told me I had to calm down when I told them I did not HAVE AEP, They are saying they are an AEP Call center however I have verified with AEP that they have no call centers and they are looking into this for their action to take care of you as well.

Call back gets "The number you have dialed is not in service."  That means it's SPOOFED.  That means it's a SCAM.  Block it.
