They have been calling my husband's old cell phone that he gave to his dad. When his dad answers, they only ask for my husband repeatedly and will not say who they are. My mother in law demanded they tell her who is calling and they hung up on her each time she's asked. They have stopped answering their phone! These people are now calling my inlaws 4 and 5 times a DAY.
Keeps calling after 9pm told them in the state of NH it is against the law to call for collection or to try to sell something after 9pm the lady said i should learn my laws and called 4 more times and woke my whole family these people need to be reported to the Attorney General for Harrasment!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a collections agency that Sprint has sold a block of their bogus claims to. They called our house last night and refuse to listen (just like Sprint). We have the original contract, the numerous telephone calls and dates with details and the UPS records for the return of a phone that they do not acknowledge receiving. Sprint has done this to so many customers because one hand doesn't know what the other is doing and consequently messed up. They have no chance to collect their trumped up charges so they turn them over to a collections agency. lol Good luck getting your money from Sprint guys... My advice is don't answer if you don't know the number. If you do answer tell them you are recording the call and if they acknowledge the recording by talking it will be taken as such...then let them say whatever and don't say anything other than...is that it? Then hang up. :)
