This number has called me several times in the last few days. There is no voice on the other end, they don't even acknowledge that they may have called the wrong number. I am on the national no call list. My understanding is that if a tellemarketer, etc calls a number that is on the no call list, it is a legal matter from there.
I have received several calls from these guys regarding my old sprint account. I believe this is regarding an ETF, though I switched out from sprint to at&t in the last month of my contract and was told that there would be no ETF. I have told this agency that I will handle this with Sprint directly, and am faxing them a Cease & Assist letter so they will be required to stop calling me. Their fax # should anyone else need it is 770-612-7827. If they continue to call me, I can file a complaint with the FTC.
I just got off the phone with someone in Sprint's Finance department - this number has been contacting my daughter non stop. She had a Sprint phone under my name and now has AT&T. The lady in finance did give me a working phone number to contact these people, and she did call them to tell them my daughter does not owe any money and to stop calling her - the number to reach this so called collection agency is 877-567-2620.
