Thankfully we checked before sending  e-mail two. These guys are now going by John D. Richter, renting property in New York. Apparently his '20 year old med school daughter' has spilt to become a pair of 4 year old twins.

This scam is now going on with a house in miami. I replied to a listing of a rental and received the same letter. But now he was transfered to Hyattsville, MD. Its crazy how these people want to get your money.

I fell for this scam, big mistake. I now know we will never see our $1500 back. Crap, I should have knew this before. But now NEVER again! I wish I could get my g***dam* money back. Guess I would never see that money... CRAP...

Hamsows James is what I got for this email but only in Minot, ND for 2100 a month.. SCAM!

Anyone know how I can get my money back??
