Found a house on craigslist also. Emailed them asking about it and they replaied with almost the same letter. The only way I found out this was a scam was by googling the place he claims to work for. I hope others can figure it out before sending money.Heres what I got.

Same thing happened to me. It's a dead giveaway when the email is obviously pasted (different font, bold, etc.).
