1) This is a message board for discussing spam and scam phone calls. We are not calling you. We never claimed to be able to stop the calls for you. You will not be able to sue this message board or anyone on it.
2) Verizon is a phone company. They are not calling you. They are not responsible for the calls. They are required by law to let all or nearly all phone calls through. You can't win a suit against them, either.
3) The people who are harassing you are criminals. To sue them you have to find them. Many of the criminal scammers reported on this message board are calling from 3rd-World countries where scamming dumb Americans is not a crime and the local police do not cooperate with police in the US.
You will not be able to serve them with the legally-required paperwork before filing a suit. They will not appear in court for a suit or pay a judgement.
Lawyers in the US know all 3 points above and will work for you only if you pay a large up-front fee.
Get a call blocker. Its faster, cheaper, and will work.
this number called me, i didnt answer it , so i called it back, i heard the recording , the ## you have dialed......etc.....etc, so i texted it, " i know who you are,!! " they sent back a text ,this is a non working number, so i looked up the message info from the text &, it was a reg phone and a reg text they sent.
