People says he is with the veterans vocation association?  Sikar Praly is not an American name! I smell a scam!

Just called me two times tonight, but in between calls, I did a google search and found this thread.  

Answered the second call from them with..."American Veteran's Association, how can I help you tonight...?"  They hung up quickly.  Lol.

Called at 6:40pm. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.

didn't answer. no message. some guy answered when I called back with my number blocked. blocked the number with my blocker.

FYI1: A name does not need to be English to be American.

FYI2: American veterans can be of any race.

FYI3: Americans make plenty of scam calls.
